The purpose for which the corporation is formed is to establish and maintain an association dedicated to fostering good fellowship among its members; to promote and provide social and recreational activities; to organize functions for the purpose of raising funds to be applied toward the maintenance and operation of the association; to make available to members the facilities of the association’s headquarters; and, through its activities, to contribute to the general welfare and benefit of the community.
